Due to the nature of the pandemic and mandatory protocols, shipping can generally take anywhere from 7-30 business days. Anything with a time of more than 30 days will be updated in the product description.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We ship items out as soon as they're ready, and so your items may come separately. Products offered through the site is only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Shipping addresses must be valid Canadian addresses, including post office boxes. LUXE NAILS currently delivers to all provinces.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through the Site. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All merchandise purchased is intended for use in the country from which it was ordered. If, however, you decide to take merchandise to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the export legislation of the order country and the import legislation of the destination country. LUXE NAILS shall not be liable.
We know that you are excited to receive your order, and we are excited to get it to you! That’s why we generally ship out all orders within 1-3 business days when inventory is on hand. 1-5 days if it is coming from our warehouse. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located, the origin, and the shipping method.
We don't want to charge 4x the price for expedited warehouse shipping, therefore, most items are sent via standard shipping.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to the following locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and air stage postal codes. The delivery times outlined above are estimates only and LUXE NAILS will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Want to see where your order is at all times? Once the transaction is made, we will email you with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive each item individually, on different dates.

The Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulation is known as TDG. Transport Canada is responsible for developing and monitoring safety standards and regulations concerning dangerous goods in Canada. Dangerous goods (also known as hazardous materials in the U.S.) are commodities that, when transported, pose a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. Certain items considered dangerous goods including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items.
