Fourth Quarter

Hey friends!
Coming through with the fall update... obvi lol.
I'm going to start by reminding everyone that my schedule is very tight these days  so if it is not a professional matter or an appointment with a deposit made, it is passed off to my team. Now, this is not a big, big team helping with orders or anything grand (yet) — they're simply to help me reduce the response time for communications. 
With that being said — friends and family, this is a gentle reminder that you are required to schedule an appointment and pay a deposit like a "regular" client. If you send me an inquiry (especially to my personal number) and I don't hear from you, I won't consider you serious about any future reservations and you will need to follow the fore-mentioned steps to change your status.
Holidays:
Holiday promotions will be in effect as always, we're aiming to do more advertisements and awareness so that you don't miss a beat. 
- We will have an extended Black Friday period this year.
- Maybe a pop-up sale...
- An extended Boxing Day sale.
- Regular operations (shipping, responses, lead times) will be extended.
- We will be closed on December 25th & January 1st.
Retail:
The last time you were here, I hinted at an opportunity that has now seemingly fallen through. To be transparent, I'm not sure what's going on, however, I did invest a large sum on designing, packaging, development, supplies, storage, etc. so all I can do now is continue on this path in good faith. I am working tirelessly to have these products available to you through different channels, and of course you'll be able to find anything Luxe through this channel.
I am still accepting reservations and commissions but the availability is limited. I have been receiving inquiries for positions at Luxe... this will likely be a change that will commence in the new year. Please be mindful that this is crunch season for everyone, personally and business-wise, so the best practice would be to plan and give me notice in advance for inquiries.
